Here it is:
Dan Gable will be speaking and signing his new book at The Cedar Rapids Barnes and Noble, Thursday, June 8 at 7:00 PM. Barnes and Noble has offered Wrestling for Life the opportunity to hold a Book Fair at the event. Lot's of good things can come from this. We will get 15% of all sales of the book in-store at the event ($3.45 per copy). We will also get 15% of all other in-store sales if you mention Wrestling for Life when you check out.
If you are not in the IC/CR corridor you can pre-order the book from me by donating $26 to Wrestling for Life ($23 for the book and $3 for postage). I will get Dan to sign them for you and then mail them to you. You will also have the opportunity to order the book from Barnes and Noble online from 6/8 to 6/13 and we will receive 15% of those sales if you include the B & N promo code (to come Monday 5/15) PLUS we get 15% of anything else you buy with that order.
(Note: gift card sales are not included in any of this).
Wrestling for Life will have a table in the store manned by myself and representatives from some of the groups we have helped. I have two goals: to fill the store to the rafters and to sell 300 books. Who wants to be the first to order the book?
