Now Alabama wins for a ton of reasons other than just warm weather, obviously. But what if in late November or December, Alabama had to play Ohio St. in 11° weather? They would probably be fine, but at least it would be an obstacle they would have to overcome and adapt to.
I still can’t believe that statistic… Almost 25 years since playing a game in freezing weather. Compare that to the average Big Ten team who usually gets two or three per year.
