We've gone back and forth on this. Fun to party with a group at the local pub. BUT...you have to get there super early for a seat and it becomes a marathon. Decided to have a small group of friends over. Doing wings, mini cheese steaks and some other goodies.

We're torn on the game, but definitely have had enough of the Chiefs. My bro and sister-in-law were abused a couple of years ago in Philly so that baggage remains. But gotta pull for the Eagles and Coop. I'd bet KC wins in a close one unless Philly can shut Mahomes down in the 4th and Saquon dominates.

Going to be out of town Friday and Saturday nights, so probably just going to watch at home on Sunday. Pulling for the Eagles. Will likely mix up a couple of overtly strong margs so that I can have the effect of ~4 but can say I only had 2 on a Sunday.

Beef O'Brady's...it's a "family sports pub." Chain that started in the Tampa area, now has about 150 locations, mostly in the southeast with a heavy concentration throughout Florida.

Also going to make some cubano sandwich potato skins with some leftover pulled pork that I threw in the freezer from a couple weeks ago. And I will be partaking in some whiskey for the first time in over a month, excited about that. Still trying to figure out what else to make though. I feel like I need some kind of hot dip or something in the slow cooker.

This stuff is the best wing sauce I've ever had in my life. Found in while I was out in Colorado a few years ago. Unfortunately it's a smaller operation and they've been sold out for awhile. I'm hoping that changes soon.

They also sell a Maple Siracha sauce that I have yet to try but really friggin want to.
