I am almost bald, been shaving my head for several years now. I doubt Greg would care if someone mentioned it

Funny you should ask OP, I just saw him at the Hawkeye game today! He still looks every inch of 7 feet tall. Nice to see him along with several former players they honored today, including Jeff Horner and Andrew Brommer from that era.

Yes I absolutely was thinking Jess Settles...I sure don't know how I confused him with Brunner!

Seems I recall Brunner having some back issues his last two years at Iowa. Also I'm not 100% sure but I think Brunner was part of Steve Alford's first recruiting class. I don't remember him transferring from ISU. You might be thinking of Adam Haluska.
