What RADIO/TV/LIVESTREAM options for tonight?

Vallholl is in a high school gym tonight. He hopes to be able to listen to some on the radio but don't count on him for pbp. The good news is this should be his last year for these conflicts for Iowa wrestling.

these announcers are amazing. despite not knowing much about the Hawks, they sure are passionate about their team and it's super fun to listen to

They were awesome. They were jacked up for the 174 match and were chanting "Willie Willie Willie", which was great.

I thought it was hilarious that before the dual they said their 174 could ride like nobody else and then Meyer ended with like 4 minutes of riding time.

It was starting to make me mad that they kept calling Grothus Topher. We're there no arena announcers saying who was wrestling or did the pbp guys just not hear it?

I don't know if they had a program or lineup card or whatever you want to call it, but yeah, they don't watch much Iowa wrestling apparently! Ha! I don't recall if they ever got it right for Rhoads either, as they said Burke Paddock multiple times, then I missed the last half of that match so I don't know if they got it fixed or not.

I had mixed feelings about those guys (announcers), they were passionate about their team, which is good, but they kept calling takedowns that weren't there and were either countered for 2 by Iowa or easily stalemated. They kept saying "Willie" was going to pin Meyer, which was never really close, and did it right up to the point where Meyer reversed him. It was comical really. Great feed though, so no worries. Very entertaining, in a weird sort of way.

"He doesn't want to let him up because Willie will launch him again!" "Willie isn't afraid to escape!" "We got a pin folks, this is going to be a pin!" "Come on Willie!" "Willie won't gas he has a tank that lasts for days"

The 174 match had the best announcing ever.

I was trying to watch and listen while doing a walkabout in COSTCO with my earpiece. I got through the Gilman match when I got the "look" from the woman. I gently removed my earpiece and proceeded like I wanted to be in Costco. The little amount I heard was pretty funny but good stuff. That team was as excited to be wrestling against Iowa at home as I have ever heard. Small gym with a great atmosphere. Kudos to Montana Northern State!!

Extremely entertaining stuff from those guys! I laughed out loud on several occasions... The '74lb match was, indeed, pure gold!

Another classic. The score was 10-3 " We are in this match folks!"

Even the premeet breakdown was awesome. They went weight by weight talking about the matchups. The announcer gave their wrestler some ounce of hope in every match until he got to 184. He pauses for a few seconds and says, "He just needs to go out there and try to have some fun"

He also informed us multiple times that Brandon Sorensen is ONE OF THE BEST WRESTLERS IN THE:

Iowa room. We had a group of friends over to watch the meet and were all expecting him to say in the country.

I had the video (with sound down) and KXIC for sound. Makes me a little jealous but I can't complain with Matt McD. He was very detailed in his color comments, describing precisely what each wrestler needed to do to improve his technique.

When someone gets around to doing grades, I hope the announcers get an A.

It's not very often you hear announcers sigh in disappointment after a takedown. Good stuff!

Anyone know if there is any radio/LIVESTREAM tonight. If so can someone do PBP (Valholl)?
I also learned Sammy's nickname is either Sonny or Sunny from the MNS announcers. I did enjoy the passion and hope. Standing ovation should be given to the kid for wrestling all 7 minutes was classic. I am happy TNT did this and hope they continue trips similiat to this regardless of what some "Iowa" fans think.

Best comment of the night was Mitch,"If we win this (Heavyweight) with 3 or 6 that'd put us right in Top 5 of Big Ten."
