Why wouldn't IOWA get him an offer and get him in the Black n Gold fold?

Also a tremendous swimmer. Maybe they are hoping they can get him to walk-on if no one else major offers, but that is a dangerous game. Does have an Iowa baseball offer, so hopefully will get him on campus one way or the other.

Looking at the list of 3* players currently offered, that doesn't seem to be true

I could be wrong, but I think this kid was discussed in a thread not too long ago. If I recall correctly, it sounded like Iowa was in on him and a scholarship offer was likely.

They have kids rated higher than him with offers. Until they are pretty sure the higher rated kids are going elsewhere, they won't offer. I hope we get him.
