I hate to even bring up this topic, but it just dawned on me today that we haven't heard much since late October/early November on the racial allegation lawsuit situation. Or, have I just missed something? Honestly, it's been so nice not to have that whole situation occupy my thoughts over the past couple of months here, but I'm sure this thing is going to rear it's ugly head again here soon. I can't imagine that the University is going to want to settle with any of these guys outside of court (as that would set a bad precedent), so I would imagine we are going to have an ugly lawsuit on our hands eventually here. I just cringe at the thought of this popping back up into the news cycle again, because every time it does it portrays a bad image on the football program and the university.
