Wheel of Time, Season 3

I'd recommend watching the first 2 seasons. At the end of season 2 they wrap up a lot of things. There's obviously a lot of story to come, but there are no cliff hangers at that point.

Since you haven't read the books, you won't be bothered by the changes. Nevertheless, they squeeze a whole lot of stuff into those 2 seasons. So if you know someone who has read the books, don't be afraid to "call a friend>" Or you could just ask here.

By the time you finish the first 2 season, it may be time to plunge in to season 3. As of today, there are only 3 episodes left in season 3.

No point in waiting until the "final season." Nobody knows if/when that will be. It seems clear that we'll get at least 2 more seasons and fans are hoping for many more.
I would much prefer to watch the entire series in one go. It is perfectly fine with me if that happens 5 years from now.

I definitely do not lack shows that I've been meaning to watch. What I lack is the time to watch them all.

I absolutely get what you're saying. I often feel the same way. But here's the thing . . . . Are the shows you are watching better than the shows that you are refusing to watch?

I have a buddy who I'm sure would love For All Mankind and Ted Lasso and maybe a few other shows on AppleTV+. He won't sign up for a month to check them out. He won't even sign up for a free trial to check them out. His reason? He has too much other stuff to watch.

I have another friend who won't consider signing up for free or limited duration because remembering to cancel is just too stressful.

These are not people who are saying "I really don't like that genre" or "I can't afford to sign up." They are people letting "but then I'd miss Lucy reruns" or "adding a note to my calendar to cancel is too hard" get in the way of superior viewing experiences.

Obviously we are all in charge of what we want to watch and when. And I can see waiting for a bunch of shows to drop before getting started on a series. I'm doing that now with The Pitt on MAX. And did it for a while with Only Murders in the Building on HULU. But 2 seasons of WoT have fully dropped. You could watch those.
