I could have sworn Tyler Johnson dropped one right in his hands which was going for huge yards. our qb overthrew a 6'10" TE open in the end zone from the 5 yard line, despite the stupidity of the call when needing half a yard. We ran it right down the field the next time and from the 8 on first down, threw a pick. We were inside the 10 twice and came up empty. While you were screwing up, we weren't I'm sure.
I didn't see the domination. We had the same number of first downs and you outgained the gophers by 30 yards. A 27-7 feel to it! LMAO

We are close to last and had the worst recruiting classes in the big 10 recently.

Your response is so predictable. In fact, in my initial post I was going to state that the above would be your comeback. Big difference in Minny "mistakes" was either lack of execution (your big dorky tight end deciding not to run a complete pass route) or Iowa causing the pick by CB J. Johnson getting his hand on the pass to T. Johnson, whereas the Iowa "screw ups" as you rightfully call them were just that, i.e., oddities that weren't caused by MN defense etc., hence my belief that Iowa is much better than the final 17 to 10 score indicated over your gophers. I don't give two shits if you don't concur (or follow me); however, I do know that Minny hasn't won vs Iowa (particularly in Kinnick) for a long, long time, which won't be changing in the near term.
Minnesota should concentrate on the tiers of success. Worry about being better than Rutgers, Maryland and Indiana. Then you can jump up to the Iowa's of the world. You pass them then you get Michigan State and Michigan.

Iowa currently has 13 verbal commits one four star and an average rival rating of 3.11.
If quantity was what you base your recruiting class on you might have a case but recruiting is based on quality and Fleck is obviously just filling holes.

Considering 90% of the players that were out there winning will be here next year and years to come, I think Fleck does in fact have his work cut out for him. Other than LB every position will be better next year because pretty much everybody is returning.
