Was it Pfeifer? That would be called a block eight out of 10 times.
Yes. The Little Bitch got his revenge. Was it Pfeifer? That would be called a block eight out of 10 times.
Its on both of them that it came to this, but Pfeiffer shouldn't be allowed to work any more Iowa games.
That call was pure pettiness. Especially the way he emphatically over-exaggerated the charge gesture like 10 times in a row.
He's terrible regardless. THAT is the takeaway. The fact that people actually think he would make a call to spite Fran and Iowa is hilarious to me. You realize that every call, of every game, that these guys do is graded and their assignments and/or job are dependent on how they do? You think he, or any other official, is willing to risk that by purposely making the wrong call? I’m sure you all think the officials at your kids youth and high school games are out to get your team too.
To spite Fran or not, it was still clearly the wrong call, so ....The fact that people actually think he would make a call to spite Fran and Iowa is hilarious to me. Yea. This.Who would have thunk that stare would come back to bite him.
If connor and teammates could play perimeter defense and weren't ridiculously slow on their rotations it doesn't matter at all. Blaming the refs when shitty coaching is the culprit is just a bitch move. It's what cryclowns do. Bad calls are a fact of life in bball, good programs overcome them
Oh and they were down 4 with 16 seconds left when that happened. Still would have taken some things to go their way even if he calls the block
You're consistently annoying. You just described pretty much every parent of an athlete and every fan base. It’s strange that both teams today felt they got screwed by the officiating ( if you can stand to read the Husker board)
You're consistently annoying.
It's not a compliment. Giving a free pass to incompetence is stupidity.Just calling it like I see it. What did I say that was not true? And, at least I’m consistent. Thanks for that compliment.
I’m not arguing that it was the correct call or not. I just can’t believe that people believe someone would risk their job to stick it to a coach or player. Just say it was an awful call, not that he made the call because Fran stared at him.To spite Fran or not, it was still clearly the wrong call, so ....
🤷♂️

The officials were OK today that charge call on Connor was horrific in the worst possible situation.Where did I say I say I was giving bad officiating a free pass? I just don’t think officiating favors one side over the other.

What official has ever suffered a consequence for making a shitty call? The over/under is 0.5.I’m not arguing that it was the correct call or not. We are good then today my friend.Agreed. It was a bad call.
We are good then today my friend.
It is Exhausting. We are stuck on the 8/9 line now because of the atrocity of today. We are good everyday. We just have different opinions at times. I like your passion for the Hawks, always have
I 100% don't believe that this takes place in any sort of serious capacity. The fact that people actually think he would make a call to spite Fran and Iowa is hilarious to me. What should the repercussions be? There would be no refs to work games because they all make mistakes.Refs have no repercussions for any bad calls so there's no risk in losing one's job...
Agreed. I think they missed this call…but I think they “just” missed it. No other agendas. The fact that people actually think he would make a call to spite Fran and Iowa is hilarious to me. I thought Tony had a particularly undistinguished game.I had more of a problem him playing 36 minutes with Perkins getting 25, yes officials are bad at times but Fran with his crap D and loony rotations far out weigh anything the refs do.
Please list the last time ANY one of these officials "lost their job" or faced anything from these obvious bad calls. Your making an argument using a penalty that simply doesn't exist, and we all know it, including you.I’m not arguing that it was the correct call or not. I just can’t believe that people believe someone would risk their job to stick it to a coach or player. Just say it was an awful call, not that he made the call because Fran stared at him.
What's hilarious to me are people who believe that biased behavior is solely a conscious decision. The fact that people actually think he would make a call to spite Fran and Iowa is hilarious to me. This is a joke right? The fact that people actually think he would make a call to spite Fran and Iowa is hilarious to me.
