Based on what I've heard from folks who cover ISU, I'd say Rocco Becht. I've heard good things about him. On the other hand, JJ Kohl is JJ Kohl.
They also brought in a JUCO QB, but I imagine that's for the sake of depth. Don't believe he had many other P5 options.
