I have heard said from multiple southern Californians, they don't know how to drive in rain out there. Had visitors from there come in during January and streets were half snow covered (like normal winter driving) and they had me pick them up and they were white knuckled in the car and kept asking isn't it slippery? I just laughed.
Will UCLA or USC ever play a FB game in the Midwest…
