With 1:18 left in the 1st half, Garza is called for an offensive foul which is reviewed to see if it should be a flagrant 1. After the review, Trice travels before crossing half court with 24 seconds left on the shot clock.
The shot clock reset to 20 before Iowa inbounded the ball and not the full 30.
I thought if there was a change of possession that it always resets to 30.
