Had a meeting this morning and when discussing a topic related to training, one of my co-workers (no pic) said "she could get her teeth wet". WOB or no? What say you HROT?!

Based on?

The definition of a WOB is someone misunderstaning a common phrase - in this case "get your feet wet" and replacing it with something else that makes little sense in context with the original meaning of the phrase, in this case "get your teeth wet".

Or like "feeding a dead horse".

That would be a spoonerism.

Not a WOB, not even an eggcorn. Just an awesome display of stupidity.
