Some of you realize Iowa has some challenges at this position, one being consistently catching the ball and secondly who are the vertical threats? Keegan Johnson yes, with ideal matchup Nico & Charlie Jones could give a few Def Coordinators something to ponder however overall who are the vertical threats? Iowa will face many Defenses that will crowd the line and FORCE them to throw over the top more than Iowa traditionally likes! I posted earlier with this being the scenario we may see a couple of the very talented frosh DB’s, (IMHO) some of the most talented athletes I’ve seen on film make the transition to WR to help even if it’s just for “22”!? Namely TJ Hall, Deshaun Lee and Koen Entringer. Hall and Entringer are listed at 6-2..length does also help.
