Put him on a double scholarship until he decides which sport he really wants to play!
No such thing.

And NCAA rules dictate that any dual-sport player that's on scholarship must receive their scholarship from the team with the larger allocation of them, ie football.

Intended to prevent teams from loading up on "walk-ons" and then giving them a full ride for track.

I get the feeling he is about to blow up on the recruiting trails. It will be interesting with upcoming camps to see.

Kirk couldn’t be farther in persona from Deion. Probably wouldn’t be a fit.
I'd put good money on Deion's time at CO turning into a complete sh!t-show within 5 years. He'll be playing against other teams with D1 talent (unlike his last stop) who will be better coached. Once they start losing games.....all those primadonnas he's recruiting will turn on each other like wild dogs.

Ummm
Pre Madonna thank you FIFY

I am not a Deion fan nor a hater. But I think he is doing a good job of being a head coach for what a head coach should do. He is raising the brand awareness of his program, attracting talent, establishing culture and I am sure getting boosters excited. His ultimate success or failure will not be because of him, it will be because of the coaches he hires and how competent they are. I think both his coordinator hires were solid. His d coordinator has been around for a long time and a long pedigree, and his o coordinator is the old Kent St. head coach who had a really good program there while he was there. Neither one of these guys will compete with Deion for attention so while Deion is out doing Deion stuff these guys will be running the program. I am not predicting he will make it, just saying I think he has a shot.

A more dynamic QB will draw better receivers. Its hard to even imagine how we landed Keagen J given the funk our offense had been in.
So a great pro style QB won't attract receivers? Receivers want shots at getting balls thrown their way and the ones that are about themselves don't want a team that runs 50% of the time. They just want to throw, throw, throw.

Phil's defense where he only has 2 backers in addresses the teams that spread things out.

did you say the same thing about Wirffs or Nwankpa? m or maybe DeJean.
It seems like Frosty might have a connection to Zay? Maybe a kid at Valley?

Zay used to be a kid that you could tell was or wasn’t getting the ball the second it was snapped. He has gotten better with his effort in the last year. At least that has been my read from the handful of games I’ve watched him play in over the last few years.
