Whatever Iowa needs to do to get Alford hired at Indiana should be done. After that happens, Iowa should do whatever is necessary to get IU to fire Alford and then hire Lickliter. If Iowa ever hires another coach from the state of Indiana, the AD should be shot on the spot.

Nobody expects Indiana to return to top 5 program status. But should they be bottom 4 of the Big Ten? **** no. Even Fran is better than Archie. . And Goodman is a major tool.

Ok, now you're just being ridiculous with that last part. It's the best basketball league in the country, you are surrounded with solid programs to compete with, and I hate to break it you but since the BTN every program has solid resources. You're not "bottom 4 of the b10".....you're currently tied for 8th in a league that could get 10 teams in the dance and just beat Iowa and took Illinois to overtime.

How about you just see how the season plays out with about half of the league slate to go. You're coming off like a drama queen and you still can't name a coach who would come that would be better. Indiana bball just isn't that special to people not from Indiana anymore and expectations from fans like yourself are part of why you can't land an elite coach. You should be happy tom allen seems willing to stay there, we shall see if he can maintain a solid program.

What resources does IU have that literally every other program in the league doesn’t also have? Name one.

OSU, e.g., blows IU away in terms of facilities/resources and their fans don’t give two Fs about the round ball.

Purdue has been the best program in that state for most of the last 20 years. When they weren’t, Butler was.

IU hasn’t beaten Purdue since 2016. EIGHT GAME LOSING STREAK LOL. That’s what this is really about.
