This is the order I'd choose to live in, but I am extremely biased toward the eastern side of Iowa as I feel it aligns more with Wisconsin/Illinois and other Upper Midwest states, whereas central and west Iowa align more with Nebraska/South Dakota and other plains states. There are a disproportionate number of fat whites in the South too. I lived in the Carolinas and was always shocked at the stark contrast in the number of fats down there, but in recent years, Iowa certainly has joined the ranks.
