Man, we have seen this movie clip over and over. Back around the 2007 season I counted these up and it was about 1 to 1.5 games a year which is why I am going with the number 45 over 26 years.

We had two of them this year, ISU and Mizzou. Cant count the UCLA game although the hawks did give up a tied ball game for the losing ucla FG.

I dont think the hawks have overcome late deficits as much as giving up late leads, just my impression

(1) On 4th down, the bogus personal foul on Shulte gave Missouri a 1st down and, eventually, 3 points.

We lost by 3 points, of course.

(2) This was not called. If it had, the Iowa drive continues.

Participate in bowl games. Seems to me they should be payed. Coaches get bonuses for bowl games. .what s in it for the players?

The WR room is just another example of Lester having to come in and clean up this mess of an offense.

My 2024 was OK. Nothing too big happened.

This summer, I hit a 50 foot chip shot right in the hole while golfing like Tiger Woods.

My golf handicap is 40 so it was nice.

Iowa (10-2) should be well rested as they get ready to start a tough stretch of games. Hoping they can come out quick and rest their starters by Q4. They have a quick turnaround as they play at Penn State New Year’s Day.

My biggest worries are not knowing the language. From what I've read it's a difficult language to learn. But also read you may be alright in Tokyo and to a lesser degree Osaka.

From investigating it does surprise me it's not as cashless friendly like we are.

I've been watching the NFL Network's presentation of all the Super Bowl's, the NFL Films coverage from the 70's and 80's are awesome.

The first Super Bowl I remember watching, and really knowing what was going on was Super Bowl X, Dallas and Pittsburgh, 1976. I think I was in 2nd grade.

It was great watching all the old footage of the games. The NFL was so much more fun to watch back then! It was really interesting seeing how much the game has changed, in terms of what players are forbidden to do now. The taunting, illegal hits, vicious hits, etc., are all there. I saw Fran Tarkenton and the Vikings playing Oakland in SB XI and there were some bell-ringing, targeting hits that were perfectly legal!

What was your first Super Bowl?

So who's coming to Nashville? Low 60s and partly sunny on Monday.

I was going to work from home that day, but may come into my office downtown to people watch.

…when the ball drops the 2020s decade will be over half way done. We will be closer to 2030 than 2020. Also, for bonus depression points we will shortly be closer to 2050 and than 2000!!!

Seems like this decade has snuck up with us between Covid nightmare, insurrections, Iowa and FSU struggles on offense, and the war in Ukraine….honestly a lot of people have 2020 and 2021 all jumbled into one year. I know I do.
