    I haven't read anything about toxic masculinity. I went to a rural high school. I used to listen to Joe Rogan's podcast. These are my observations. People who get into alpha/beta are usually the same people who get into published for profit self-help (i.e. suckers).

    It’s not normal and it’s good you haven’t experienced it. But unfortunately it is fairly widespread. FWIW it’s also a pretty big problem in hockey. I think “toxic masculinity” is a factor in those very tough, male-centric, tough guy sports. It’s good it’s being exposed and rejected IMO.

    ...Good idea to tase a guy restrained in a chair? Probably not, but to act like this dude didn’t have it coming is ridiculous. Maybe people charged with domestic abuse should be restrained to a chair and tased? Sounds like a good idea to me. I’m very big on womens rights and against toxic masculinity.
