    Depends on the player. I'd say most portal QBs are looking for ways they can improve their prospects for the NFL and/or make more money. We may be able to offer more money idk.

    Tough to comprehend what you're saying here, are you saying Lainez has never completed a pass? He only had two in the bowl game but I'd say those count. He also had about 20 more total yards than Hill who played all game, while Lainez only played the last two drives.

    Exactly. We're obviously not in practice, but if it's anything like practices that I've experienced, you obviously can't hit the QB and it's likely tougher to analyze dual threat QB impact. I'm sure Hill is better than Lainez at executing the play as called and staying on script. However...

    I said athletes and rim protectors. Woodbury wasn't a great athlete but he could protect the rim. Also disagree on Dix being more athletic than Gesell or Clemmons. Agree with all other points otherwise.

    Disagree. The players and athleticism is the driving factor, which is also on Fran to recruit the right types of players. Iowa had solid defenses back when we actually had athletes at guard (Gesell/Clemmons/Marble) and rim protectors (Woodbury/Olaseni). Also May and Basabe were athletes...

    No, wish I could though. I've voted third party before when there wasn't such a distinction between the two major parties. Goal number one right now needs to be eliminating the Trump cult from Republican politics, and the only way to do that is to keep voting Democrat.
