Not at all, having not enough to go to trial means the case was weak. Prosecutors don't like losses. Notice he didn't take a plea , they tossed the case. That means the case was very weak. If they thought they could win, they go to trial and maybe try to force a plea deal.
the prosecutor and girl came out and said she didn't want to go through the shit she'd have to at trial, including having her identity and past history scrutinized publicly

if you think that is BETTER than a jury examining the evidence, going through the process and actually acquitting him of the charges... wow

maybe you have 3000 word powerlifting analogy to help clarify things

If trump said the world was round, you and your other buddies on this board with a terminal case of TDS would start screaming the world is flat, and the media, which is the propaganda department of the Democratic Party, would have “breaking news”, the world is flat! You do know the DA’s in these big blue cities throwing 91 bullshit allegations at Trump, campaigned only on finding a way to imprison their parties main political opponent, Trump! Right out of the communist playbook. I still can’t believe you and your merry men think a billionaire NY business man like Trump goes to the store , even an upscale one, and shops for his clothes. 😄. A famous liberal Harvard law professor, Alan Dershowitz, has said many times that Trump doesn’t stand a chance in hell of getting a fair trial in NYC , so nobody should be surprised a woman with a completely bullshit accusation with NO evidence would get awarded 5 million by a NYC jury. You Democrats really are evil crooks, but will never be brought to justice because you have the FBI, CIA, and Justice Department in your back pocket. It’s more fun fighting about how evil the Ferraris are, at least it has some relevance to wrestling.
And there it is again... the highly technical Perry Mason strategy of "he isn't guilty cause he doesn't shop off the rack". Good plan. How did that work out with the jury? Found liable for sexual abuse and the $5,000,000 fine say not so well. But you keep on riding that losing horse. 🤣 I can't wait for the other four cases and 91 felony counts to come to trial. It'll be a good day for 'Merica when he's held accountable.

You keep beating that dead horse dip sh*t.
91 felony counts, 91 felony counts, 91 felony counts, 91 felony counts...
You are a boring, repetitive dumbass.

Ok, well then the prosecutor sucks at his job and maybe the girl was lying? Because that story is the exact lie someone would tell to gain sympathy. Hopefully she is civilly suing him because it's a much lower level of proof to win a civil case.

I know, that truth of the charges hurts, doesn't it? Oh yeah... 91 felony charges, in case you forgot.

its also what someone would say who, upon reflection, maybe doesn't want to be the target of an entire wrestling fan base (and maybe 2 fan bases) and have their whole life made public because of what someone else (allegedly) did to them

its just weird to me to think its better to NOT have the evidence and testimony presented...that it's better to just assume it's weak

Ever follow a case close up? Many funny things happen and with sexual assault sometimes the victim fabricates things. It's not hard to make an initial complaint. It's hard to go to trial. In cases like this it's quite possible it was consensual and she had regrets, was mad at him, had a boyfriend, or a multitude of other reasons.

Or it's possible it played out just like she laid out, you do not know. What if there are witnesses saying she wanted to sleep with that guy ( the guy being Ferrari)? Or there were inconsistencies with her story vs him. It comes down to we do not know so I assume they had no case. Because it was dismissed.

Why assume he is lying but she isn't? For whatever reason they chose to drop the case instead of going to trial. Probably because they knew they'd lose.

i'm not assuming anything...i'm saying it would be best to hash it all out at trial

i don't think the fact that charges were dropped means he's any less guilty than if he went to trial and was acquitted...because i'm not assuming anything about the case

can't say the same for you...the only way you can think dropped charges are better than an acquittal is if you are assuming you know what happened.

Woah. This is progress. I think it's close to clicking. Hit me up if you need any cult deprogramming resources. Exiting a cult is a hard transition for most people but you'll be thankful a few years from now looking back and having your life back.

Manufacturing jobs have increased by 500,000. Jobs have increase by 13 million. People aren’t dying from Covid as under Trump. Unless they have not been vaccinated. Over 300,00 Americans died because of the way Trump handled the Covid pandemic.
People not dying has far more to do with the natural progession of any virus - which is to weaken. Please stop listening to the talking heads and talking points. You will sound just a bit more intelligent if you do.

Thanks Hillary. They tried that a few times in America. Slavery, WW2, how'd that work Comrade?

a case like this, i don't believe that is true. There would only be two witnesses with direct knowledge, AJ and the young lady. It just depends which would be more believable to a jury. Existential evidence would be bad for both-AJ's propensity for sexting, and apparently the young ladies past sexual history was going to be a problem for her in open court, so she decided not to participate, which is what made the case weak. There "may" have been some money change hands to help her decide that.

it would not have been charged if the DA felt it was weak prior to the young lady deciding not to participate.

If by chance I ever learn Trump said the world was round, I would first laugh to myself silently,
"WTF? Isn't it still round? Did I miss something?"
Then I'd wonder (again silently) to myself,
"Who is he talking down to now that he feels he has to state the obvious? I don't believe his audience could be so dumb."
Then hopefully I'd have something better to do than look for social or mass media hot takes debating the shape of Earth.

You do not know. If she was quite promiscuous it is possible she agree initially and he pissed her off and she retaliated. Whatever reason they chose, the charges were dismissed. It comes down to no one knows so I err on the side that he didn't do it.

I also would not trust him around female family members. Both can be reasonable assumptions based on what we actually know.

Next time you might want to try
🎼 🎶 91 Trump felonies on the docket, 91 Trump felonies ... if one of those felonies happen to get dismissed, 90 Trump felonies on the docket 🎵
And so on, to keep it fresh.

Do you two fools even know how pathetic you are? Those that you support have now started 2 wars! Their anti-American scumbag ways have caused what we are seeing in Ukraine and now Israel! The POS gave iran billions that the great TRUMP took!!!

They have said they have paid to support hamas with the money!!!! You people support this!!! That anti-American bellow a cockroach thailb or whatever that C**Ts name is supports hamas! We have protests HERE IN AMERICA supporting the terror attack.

I guess we now know who the two here on our board are. They will not condemn what is happening, watch!!! I dare you to condemn what is taking place. I dare you to condemn what biden has done!!!! You will not!!!

Maybe they are racists anti-Americans too who support killing babies, raping women, terror attacks etc.... Would explain a lot but not why you are on our board!??!?!
Iran has not received one penny of their money yet. And maybe they will not ever get their money.

Since Iran has gotten none of the 6 billion of their money, how did they finance the attack with the money that they do not have?

anyone who's ever dealt with our federal government knows how ridiculous it is to think someone would get that money in less than 1 month

even if they want you to have the money, it takes months to go through the legal and procurement process

i think her familial surrounding was such that any activity would be seen as a major transgression, and she was the rebellious type. But neither comes out clean in a deal like this.

Thanks for being one of the few to stay on topic

They dismissed it because she did not want to testify. There can be any number of reasons that she did not want to testify but IMO the most likely is either that she did not want to be put through the ringer or she was paid off.

and if you really think that...i don't know how you say this (no one knowing anything) makes you believe his innocence more than if he went to trial and was acquitted

just a weird position to hold

Maybe with all the money we flew over there in the middle of the night in cargo planes. Back when Obama was in office. But who knows? It's always best for fund a country that's been terrorizing us for 50 years. I mean what could possibly go wrong, right? They'd never take people hostage or fund terrorist radical groups or start wars, right? A free country like that treats their women with such great respect and hold them in high regard, right? Funding them to ward off USSR was a great thing to do, right? Funding Iraq to stave off Iran was a good thing, right? That never came back to hurt us, right?

Why do we keep doing this? That's the real question! Why as American citizens do we put up with this?

Serious question........it sort of fits into the topic and also fits into the part about the people taking this thread WAAAAAY off topic......Who is "more guilty" or at least rank the order of worst "transgressors"........The kid who busts out a joint in the middle of a High School class and starts smoking it or the kids that join him after?......Yes, this actually happened.

A really good buddy of mine, who literally was the one that got me into wrestling, was one of the "joiners". Of course they all got caught. The best part is I still rib him really hard, but it is actually a 2 part ribbing.

1.) How dumb were all of them to think they could do it?
2.) How bad was the school that they thought they could do it and that many actually did before EVENTUALLY getting caught?

1) boys that age don't Give AF
2) schools back then didn't really Give AF

General Conclusion:
Apathy (rather than either stupidity or incompetence) reigned such that nobody Gave AF then, and many on this wrestling board probably don't Give AF now.
