Congratulations, were you in hiding for months on end, or working with the general public face to face the whole pandemic?
I jumped to the end of this thread...hoping to read something of importance.

Oh...and by the way....I spent all of COVID at Walmart...for 12 to 15 hours a day...I didn't catch as much as a cold....but again....this site provides a place for that type of conversation....one forum below this one.

It’s how it works. Investigation, file charges, go to trial , guilt or acquittal. If the case is too weak to go to trial there’s a greater chance he’s innocent.

Actually I spent time working in the hospital helping treat people after getting vaccinated. I even went to the 2020 nationals in St Louis as well as every other nationals since 1981.(except 2019) I did make 2 concessions. I drove to St Louis instead of flying and I wore masks religiously.

But, aren't you doing the exact same thing? It basically is a 100% he said, she said thing. Until the trial happened and the evidence, or lack thereof, had been presented,the only right answer would be to sit squarely in the middle. Once the case was dropped, I don't see how you don't lean towards the person's innocence, UNLESS you are privy to some type of a deal being made between the 2 parties. Now, if that were the case, I would think anyone with a brain would absolutely lean in her direction...

Could it be possible he supports the policies of Trump, and not the man? Could it be his life was better off because of those policies? What is laughable is how the corruptness and moralities of the current and past Presidents are ignored or worse yet, believed that they were not. There are plenty of very objectible things that could be used to make the argument that we were better off and safer during his time in office. Some you may actually get to see today.
He's also leaving off the fact that nearly all the people who are dying are the elderly and medically fragile. He's not admitting that we really do not know the long term effects of the vaccine. He's not 100% correct. He says those who disagree with him are just right wing extremists. You will also see that he repeated pretty much exactly what I said in his first two sentences. I say his side are the beneficiaries of the money and propaganda behind Big Pharma. You had talking heads (left wing extremists) saying there is no way you would get Covid if you got vaccinated. They lied. Then they said if you got vaccinated you could not transmit the virus. They lied. You know who sponsored their shows - you guessed it - Pfizer and the like.
And don't spout this crap that Covid was only politicized by the right. It was used, very effectively I might add by the left, to broaden mail in voting. Funny how that worked out. Save how knowledgeable you are about the whole topic because we are at the infancy stages of knowing.
Why? Both sides see all the evidence prior to trial and the prosecution for some reason believes they cannot win. There is no more innocent now than then, the presumption is innocence legally until evidence is presented at trial and he is found guilty. There was no trial, hence he is innocent 100% according to the law.

The problem is you are making a HUGE leap in that assumption. Many prosecutors do not want to risk losing and/or investing resources and time into something where the risk could be significant. In many cases, they don't believe they are wrong, they just believe they don't have enough evidence to risk losing.
That is a giant difference from presenting everything and a jury of peers finding the person not guilty. In your situation, you are making assumptions. In the other, there is a 100% concrete decision which ends with the accused NO LONGER EVER having to worry about being charged for that exact crime again.
Edited to add: Another major component is, under the position you are arguing, there is still the possibility of the charges being reinstated, until the statute of limitiations(if there even is one in this case under that jurisdiction) runs out...There is NO WAY you would rather have your outcome over the other. But, the stress of the case and waiting for the verdict is something I am sure he is now happy to have avoided.

That is such a weak minded argument. Now, there are times where the evidence can get out into the public eye in high profile cases, wherein you can make an educated decision. However, that is quite rare.
Remember, for the trial to be fair and just, you need a COMPLETELY impartial jury. If no one can presume innocence until the facts presented prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, how in the hell could ANYONE get a fair and just trial???

Why? There are levels of credibility, why can't you and others understand if it's not solid enough to go to trial it is more likely that he is innocent. Newsflash, he is innocent legally until he is convicted and since they dropped the case, he's legally innocent.
