Overall I like the guy because I see him as more effective than the guys who lied to me for years. And he offered my brother in law a cabinet post. He's the only guy I know who knew GWB, Obama, and Trump. The concept "innocent until proven guilty" applies solely to whether or not a person will go to jail. The Government will not remove a person's freedom in the United States unless the person is proven before a jury of their pears to be 95% guilty.
They dismissed the case which is more likely to speak to his innocence than an acquittal. I think the kid shows poor judgment at a minimum but Brands would know more than anyone about his potential issues or problems at Iowa so it's his call to make and his responsibility if Ferrari causes problems while at Iowa.
Agreed, but we can't try people here in this forum. The "court" of pubic opinion is not a court of law. Until a legal court weighs in, he's an "alleged" perp. That many of us think he's guilty of something is another matter. History is full of situations when innocent people are treated as criminals, while real criminals walk free.
