The Military Times just did poll on military service members. Only 38% had a favorable opinion of Trump. 42% had a highly unfavorable opinion of Trump. Biden got more votes in 2020 election than did Trump from military members. Since 2020 his favorability has gone down.

The question was: what has improved since Biden became president? I answered the question with several things. You all did not like the answer; you all tried to change the criteria. I can also add: the pandemic became under control and fewer Americans were dying from Covid. 300,000 more Americans would be alive today if Trump had adequately lead the country dealing with Covid.
To each their own, but not true for me. First cut for me will always be selecting someone who I think has the basic (or more) core decency/integrity/intelligence/honesty/objectivity/etc that I want in a leader. In other words, the kind of person I want my kids to be/marry. I wouldn't have voted for Hitler just because his tax views aligned with mine. Policy stances are second unless 2 candidates are clearly close in these other traits. And let's be honest, Presidents alone have less influence on legislative policy that affects our lives than people are implying. There are some exceptions, but they generally get far too much credit or blame than they deserve.
