ISU cats were all over Him on X and I slipped in a quick hit n run that many schools can claim many things but only 1 school on Your list has Phil Parker and He loved the comment .
Really hoping Iowa can lock this one down on his visit.
According to On 3 analytics, Terrance is a 55% lean to Iowa.
Brooks popped up with another CB on 247 to Georgia. Only a six in confidence, hopefully he makes it to Iowa for his official.
My only concern is Epenesa , WR and CB the remainder of the Class with current roster construction, they will get RB and OL . rest of the areas LB/S/ TE /QB they have covered and roster is deep in most areas
Honestly, I wonder if they are planning on using the portal a bit more, especially for a skill position or two.
WR is going to be portal heavy until they can rebuild the reputation of the passing game.
Terrance Smith is the big get of this WR class, I think the hawks stand a decent shot at him.
Looks like it's between the hawks, Cincy, and Northwestern. Feeling pretty solid on this one based on his visits.

OT: I saw his dad TY Hilton play as a true FR at Kinnick Stadium in 2008 for Mario Cristobal and FIU. I'm 99% sure it was Ricky Stanzi's 1st career start.
Why do we care about a Wisconsin commit that Iowa didn't recruit?
Actually it is slightly more interesting because at least we offered him. I posted several weeks ago, that there will be players commit to other schools and fall off the visit list. Johnson and Collier seem to have fallen off the list. Those that stay the course, are patient and visit Iowa for their official visits on June 21st are strong possibilities to be Hawks.
Solid visitor list this weekend. Will be interesting to see how many visitors commit during or after the visit.

I think we are okay at Safety for a while. Our walk ons at that spot end up as All Big Ten players.
Interesting. He was our only RB on the visit list. We’ve got a deep room right now so not a big loss but I thought he looked like a good prospect.
Kind of an odd class this year. In terms of needs I would probably rank the top five as:

Iowa doesn’t get shots at a Iose type talent very often. He’s my number one for that alone.
Don't get me wrong, Iose is likely to be an absolute beast, but the need is going to be offensive talent. Meyer is crazy fluid as well, and people aren't talking about his upside nearly enough, but Gavin Hoffman is going to be the next Fant

It is a bit surprising considering his program connections, I wonder if the hawks have another commit.
I honestly think Utah will be our biggest competition. Lots of family and cultural ties there if lose decides he need to go his own path...
