Rankings should never have weight cuts included as a metric. It’s impossible to measure between the different athletes. Also, 125 was considerably weaker of a weight than 133.

Shawvers 7th place finish at 133 isn’t good enough to be ahead of a guy who finished 2nd at a weight below and is going to a more natural weight.
I think Keuter will move up pretty quickly, guessing after Nov 23.

who cares about the start of the year rankings, Drake came into last year around the 20s and ended up as the runner up.
Weight cuts aren’t part of this official equation, imo. Pre-season rankings are just a place to start.
What does that even mean
For someone who uses pretty subjective, or maybe even a bit creative, thought in his commenting to call someone numbnuts about their subjective comment is pretty nut numbingly rich.
I'm all for rewarding returning AA at a weight with the higher ranking. They've earned it, at the weight in question.
Do I think he's better than some of those guys, yes. He'll have opportunities to knock off 3-6 throughout the season. The rankings will take care of themselves.
The nice part of it is we shouldn't see him having off nights so much without the big weight cut. So, if he is better than some ranked above him, he should win. Frost should be an excellent early test to see where he is at for 133.

Btw, I’m practicing in case I ever feel the need to move to Canada.
I might suggest putting a new thread OFFICIAL 24/25 Schedule in the sticky section so members can see the schedule without wading through the muck. Seeing Stanford, Oregon State, Princeton, Army, and the clowns in the first 5 weeks of the season is pretty cool.
