I had a family member who lived in Iowa that had some mental illness and after researching, we found Iowa was the worst state for dealing with mental illness.

It isn’t what the pols crack it up to be. Again, my bride worked in a field closely associated with MH and she was one helluva advocate for her clients and other than Polk Co and a couple of others where there is population, Iowa:’s MH program is an underfunded poorly rum mess....and it’s that way because Branstad and now Reynolds, want it to be that way. Funding is available when Dems are in control in Iowa....and that is not very often in Iowa.
If that sounds political, we’ll, so be it. it is the truth.
