Damn, I feel for the guy. I think he's got some mental health issues to go along with his addictions (as most do) and I hope he can go to a facility there that will help him with those. I also feel for Nick Mitchell who I've heard was doing this for AL's benefit because he thought he turned his life around and wanted to give him a shot at a degree using wrestling. Too bad for all involved. I hope he can eventually straighten things out and have a successful impact on society.
I don't feel anything at all for Long. I've seen people with mental health issues and these people don't have a clue as to where there at or what there doing. Your right about him going to a facility for addiction. Not a short period of time but a long time. His problem right now is that he gets confused with right and wrong. I'm not trying to be heartless but I've seen people with serious addictions and serious mental health issues and his problem right now is addiction. Andrew visited our gym after being kicked off the team, and our staff was left with a very different impression. Maybe he was just "under the influence," but he came across as unhinged.

I'm fine with keeping the discussion on Andrew Long, but make no mistake about the reason cracks like Pedo State are used. You do realize mental health issues aren't just the extreme examples, right? From what I've seen is someone who has a tendency to self destruct, which people do without drugs or alcohol all the time, and end up being diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, etc.

That said, the posts from the PSU visitors here would get you banned after the second entry over in Unhappy Valley. The wrestling crowd from PSU is your typical bandwagon variety. Last year, after their run was stopped, was like a ghost town. As they are strong again this year... the bravado is once again ramped up.
