Is there really a "nation leading ### academic all Americans" sign in memorial stadium? Not like it's hard to make grades at Braska
Do they still expect 6-6 and a bowl invite? You only have to go 6-4 the rest of the way. You better schedule someone for that 12th game. Lots of luck?
Nebraska is far and away the worst academic school in the B1G. Getting a B+ there is the equivalent of a D at many other institutions.

Husker fans were telling everyone that would listen that they had the talent to immediately compete, and now that Frost was here, they were a 9-10 win team, at least.

Good thing their Akron game was cancelled or they would be 0-3.
Down to their backup QB didn't help, but remnants of the stink of the Riley years showed today. I said from the start that Nebraska was so awful at the end of last year that they would need time to build the culture of the program back up. Teams don't go from just quitting at the end of last year to playing well overnight.
The Big 12 is 1-3 against the lowly B1G this year. So there’s that.
The ninnys from NE, can thank their lucky stars they weaseled out on Akron or they'd be heading off to AA 0-3 next weekend!
And that 1 is Kansas. Their worst team beat our worst team. That mean we're even better at being worse.
Let’s also keep in mind that ISU fans remind us constantly that their football team would clean up in the B1G, especially the B1G West. Just like they did against the Big 12 North from 1996-2010 with their impressive 22-48 record. 10-32 against the Big 12 South for reference.
