Are chiropractors real doctors or quacks?

They can be incredibly helpful, especially if they focus on recovery not just coming back in 2 weeks. "Doctor".... I always feel weird about anything that isn't a MD being called a doctor... I guess I feel better about them with that level of knowledge than someone with a doctorate of Russian literature making everyone call them doctor.

Stolen valor by calling medical Drs doctor. Because they stole the name from academic PhDs to help give more credence to the medical profession when they were still leeching and drilling head holes.

They claim to be able to give adjustments to align your back. However,
in recent years most chiropractors have made their practice into a
physical fitness program. So I would agree that they are physical
therapists, rather than a medical doctor.

Nearly every multi-billion professional sports franchise on the globe employs chiros to keep their multi-million dollar athlete assets in peak physical shape, so there must be some real value there.
Like most professions, there are good ones and bad ones. A good one like mine can be very beneficial. He uses a very subtle technique to adjust the spine. He takes x-rays before doing any treatment. Fortunately, I have not had to see him in the past 3 years.
