As all these super Iowa fans will now say Bluder must go. We can't seem to stand having a coach that doesn't win a National Championship when they think they should. It's only going to get worse with nil paying players and Iowa not having the big time people stepping up.

They showed a stat during the game of programs that have been to the NCAA tourney with out winning a title:

Georgia: 35
Iowa: 27

Hope Bluder can somehow change that. Need a few transfer portal players to help Zcianano and Clarke.

Fran’s been at it for 26 years and still hasn’t done it.

Cool! What a horrible coach that he couldn't get it done at Siena and UNC Greensboro. BTW, Lisa Bluder coached at Drake for 10 years and only made it to the second round once

She's lucky the wnba doesn't pay much lol
Thats not a factor. The WNBA has an age limitation, something like after their 21st birthday in the year of the draft. Clark is not eligible until she is 21 in the calender year of the draft, or graduate by 2023 or she has to wait for the 2024 draft. She has no choice, which is why after she won the BIG player of the year she said she'd be at Iowa at least two more years. Much has been written after Clark and Bueckers had huge freshman years, that they couldn't be drafted like their male counterparts. Monica probably won't play in the WNBA, but probably in Europe if she chooses. She doesn't have Megan G's size and she's still struggling to find a permanent home in the league as a regular player I believe.

No. They could never pay for that and the NBA basically funds the WNBA now, and I doubt they want to foot that bill as well. O don't know if Clark could leave and play in Europe, but don't think she has that in mind anyway. Also see my edit. Its actually her 21st birthday, but she still won't be eligible until probably 2024 draft unless she graduates early.

Title 9 pro edition? Lol

Question-------does anyone know why Jensen switched to Crieghton after last season?

I saw a tweet earlier today suggesting Clark should transfer because Bluder will never surround her with the needed talent. People are stupid. IOWA fans are people.

Still……she has multiple Sweet 16’s and an Elite Eight. Fran: neither.

Because she has been at Iowa longer. Should Bluder have been fired for not making it past the first weekend in her first 13 seasons at Iowa?

1. I’m not calling for Fran to be fired.
2. She has had more success at Iowa than Fran. Fact. Deal with it.

I'm dealing with it just fine. I'm a big fan of Lisa Bluder and Iowa WBB, but I like how people forget that her first 13 years are any different than what Fran has done here

Great coaching job by Flan. Called a timeout down four late with the ball and got an easy bucket. Called another timeout down four and got another bucket. Iowa actually got a good look at the end but it just didn’t fall.
