The numbers below are what you win if you risk $100 on a team:

Wisconsin +110
Ohio State +350
Mich State +700
Iowa +950
Maryland +1000
Purdue +1400
Illinois +1800
Indiana +2200
Minnesota +3500
Michign +8000
Nebraska +25000
Penn State +235000
Northwestern +30000
Rutgers +100000

Interesting.....I wonder why they don't like Maryland that much? They must think the Russell kid from OSU can carry a team in a tourney like this I guess.

After they just got throttled by wisky?
I guess people are seeing them as the best team in the 2-seed side of the bracket? Their road to the final most likely consists of Minnesota, Michigan State, and Maryland.

Doesn't make much sense to me seeing as they got beat by Michigan State in the regular season, but losing by 3 on the road vs playing on a neutral court...yeah, still doesn't make much sense.

Is there a way to "short" a bet like that?

There will be, but not at this stage. I agree they are priced a bit too high.

The problem is if this book (5dimes) put up a "will NOT win" line, it is usually about twice as pricey, so in this example, you'd need to risk about -700 to win +100 if that makes sense?

I am going with "OSU has a sh1t ton of fans that are stupid enough for Vegas to make money off of them."

Think the way to play it would be put your money on Iowa, MSU, or Maryland.

Best chance with the best payoffs.

Refs still love Izzo and MSU, they won't go quietly and I could easily see them in the final vs wisky.

I'd go with maryland. They look like the best risk/reward option on the board.
