Semis getting started right now. Hope they can keep it going! Vito going for gold after the semis from this morning’s weights

Can’t wait to watch and can’t wait to see Beck compete tomorrow

Carr wins with a 10-0 over JR World Champ from last years. Wrestled for gold tomorrow

Hidlay loses 4-3 against Russia. Fun match to watch. USA challenged a step out that I really wish they wouldn’t have. He’ll go for Bronze tomorrow as well

Davison advances to gold medal match with a pin

Parris wins with a 13-2 tech and will also go for gold

59 kg/130 lbs: Michaela Beck, New York, N.Y. (New York AC/Hawkeye WC)
Vs. Ana Beatrice Nuernberger (Germany), 2nd in 2019 Flatz Open (Austria), 2018 German Cadet World Team member

From UWW on Twitter:
We'll start the morning with a few repechage matches before we jump into women's wrestling action at the #WrestleTallinn World Championships.

From USA Wrestling on Twitter:
We will also see repechage in men's freestyle this morning, but, alas, no USA athletes. All five of our USA men qualified for medal matches yesterday and did not need to compete in repechage. So the only U.S. athletes this morning are our five women.

Northwestern Davison. Parris pins the Cadet World Champ in the finals who beat Kerkvliet last year and goes tech, tech, tech, and pin to win.

Luckily he did not have to face Conan Jennings. ;) Cass blew off a pass to the finals for Jrs didn't he?

Pretty sure he did. Can we get a freestyle exhibition tournament between Parris, Steveson, Kerkvliet, Schultz, and Cassioppi? Imo no way Bormet should have wrestled Mason as a true frosh. Excellent wrestler on natural talent, but quite raw and inexperienced compared most frosh that good due to only concentrating on wrestling 3-4 months a year.
