No, one can be a typical politician who occasionally strays from the truth, while the other can be a lying scumbag of unprecedented proportion. One can be a regular and fair President, while one can be a fatally flawed human being with no concern for anything other than fulfilment of their own glorification.

We can compare and contrast. We must compare and contrast. One does not have to be perfect to be head and shoulders preferable to the other. When Trump lies in a manner breathtaking by all historical standards, you don't get to find one thing from Biden and claim they are both the same. They are not.
