Doubtful on that. I'd probably say UConn has a pretty big NIL number but the majority of the schools are small private Catholic schools. I can tell you DePaul has little to zero NIL funds.SEC has probably had the most success in the NCAA's the last few years.
Big East are all no football schools so NIL is just going to their basketball programs. Top to bottom they are probably spending the most on their teams.
