I don't care to watch UFC, but I like to see former wrestlers do well.
Unfortunately, I believe he is fighting another "nobody", so we probably won't get to see him get knocked out. It's coming though, he won't be able to fight chumps forever.
After he wins tonight in the 1st he will go to the UFC and start facing some competition
You do realize that if the UFC finds him to be marketable they will bring him along slowly, right?
I'm anxious to see how he fares in standup and while on top in guard. He's part of a great team so he has plenty of training partners. Not like 185 is stacked either. He could be ranked by 2024.
Considering he's had one fight as a pro, no kidding. Did you think he'd be fed T25 guys right off the jump? Pretty sure ATT knows what they're doing.

Not a fan of him in college. I do appreciate former wrestlers excelling at MMA though. It’s why I became a fan of Johnny Hendricks
It's a smart move for everyone. Bo gets another fight in a short amount of time, Dana gets the eyeballs on DWCS and everyone's happy. It almost looked pre-planned.

I hate PSU but I have a lot of respect for some of their guys.
Nickal was a freaking stud and one of the most exciting guys to watch.
He looked strong and quick last night.
I'm going to have a hard time ever rooting for Nickal. Just don't care for him. I will say this was one of his better interviews. He wasn't a total tool during it.

He doesn’t have to hit straight doubles. He’s already developing the ability to close the distance and work upper body/trips… That’s a better plan for these big boys, imo.

Comparing him to Askren is just silly. Askren wasn't near the athlete Bo is... and Bo can actually punch.
I had an interaction with him at the college duals in Niceville. Very polite and nice guy.
I think most of these kids are really great people.
Not exactly sure on this one. They look different and compete different but I think you're undervaluing Askren's athleticism. Askren's MMA career was spectacular. Sadly, he'll mostly be remembered for the KO vs Masvidal.
I tried being a fan of JH but he’s operating at a whole nother level of stoopid, imo.

If Bo really learns to strike, he will be a contender one day. Few will match his grappling ability. He also appeared cool, calm and collected from the opening bell.
