The O-Line has been a problem for New England the last few years, they won the Super Bowl with that line, but not because of it. Losing Nate Soldier was big. But, being embarrassed on the national stage like that is cause for change. This line being bad is not a sudden development, though, and he wasn't fired because of one single game.
Thank you Millah for supporting the point I was making to Joker. Denver D exploited a known weakness of NE. That is smart football on their part and really shouldn't be construed as a powerful D who "owned" someone, especially when the margin of victory was only 2 points. That leads to another question for the Broncos fans....if the Denver D "owned" Brady and the margin of victory was 2 points.....what does that really say for the effectiveness of Manning and the Denver O?
I really don't have rose colored glasses in this one but just calling what I see through unbiased eyes. Denver is in trouble.
