I usually go to local shops. You can definitely order online but you have to do some research on the company.

I used to get different seeds, Burpees, Renee’s, and others. Native Nurseries is all local and organic. Going there tomorrow.

At one time you couldn’t go on a 30 minute highway drive without hitting a couple of butterfly’s that ended up unfortunately on the grill of your car.

It’s probably been 20 years since I’ve had to remove a butterfly from the front of my car or windshield.

WTF man? Why lie? The link I provided has 579 Iowa native seeds and plants. It’s a great site. I doubt you will find any local shops that come close to that.
