No its not. I've said the same thing for years about Urban Meyer , Day, and Harbough. I mean for Christs sake how do you NOT win with the roster they have. Sure they have to recruit, (or get to recruit), but lets be honest, the challenge they have in recruiting is hardly the same one that Kirk faces at Iowa.......

I have always said that players make plays and losers lose. Yes, it takes competent coaching, especially in the NFL where the teams are so even, but when there is a huge talent gap there really isn't much to be done.
