Poorly coached, low effort team…..that’s not Fran’s teams. This is just a ridiculous take or a troll.

I would say the defensive effort during fran's tenure has been sub par, I don't know how you could argue otherwise.
As far as coaching goes in my opinion:
Offense-A
OOB sets A+
Player Relations A
Defense D-F
Bench/Time outs/foul management D-F

This is the rub with Fran.
