Why can't you mow when it's windy?

With the wind right now, it feels like 37 degrees outside. Not sure about him, but this is why I wont mow in April when it’s really windy.

OP is a pansy, or quite likely not a native Iowan. I put on the Ducks Unlimited pullover, and mowed. When it got a little breezy and the snow was coming down I just pulled the Hawkeye ball cap down a little tighter and carried on without pissing and moaning about it.
