Defense got gashed

Minnesota is coached well and have better players than our next 2 opponents.

Phil will make some changes and the defense will get back on trac

QB16 looked good tonight and the line held up
Not sure if the deep ball has been completed maybe 5-10% this year seems overthrown every time
Special teams had a good night

I know it's not against the rules to actually make in-game adjustments. Perhaps Phil didn't get the memo.

Yeah, it's great that Iowa is 10-0, and mostly due to the Offense that has found ways to win late, and hang onto the Football. We've been watching this bend but don't break Defense for nearly 2 decades. Some may need reminded we hadn't been ranked for FIVE YEARS. Maybe, just maybe, the bend but don't break Defense has been a part of that. Lets change it up a little bit and attempt to play our BEST Defense on every single snap, and get off the field. Yeah, lets try that. We wouldn't be the first to attempt it.

Minnesota AVERAGED about 8 yards per play did they not? Minnesota. You couldn't possibly wipe away the puke smell our Defense put on the field against a team that is DEFINITELY not remotely close to elite Offensively.

Just wish we wouldn't give such a large cushion on 3rd down and medium-short plays with our CBs and Safeties. DBs are back a long ways. On the other hand.... we're 10-0.
