DEI—-can we all agree

You continue to assign opinions to people, this time to me. You should stop that habit. I am not defending the poster. I think the post was a combination of sarcasm and mockery of the DEI process.
You want to attach some deep emotion and seriousness to it. It wasn’t that deep, it wasn’t that serious. If a throwaway post on a sports message board stirs up anger in you then you may want to evaluate yourself.
I got involved because you were attempting to assign some greater meaning to the post. Congratulations, I fell into your trap and kept this going. I suffer fools poorly and like to point out their foolishness, especially when they double down on it.
If the post created anger in you or others then ….. well, that can’t be helped. Carry on you outrage warrior.

So you finally realize the poster was using sarcasm. His attempt to make a mockery of dei was a very bad attempt because it was an insult to native americans by claiming they were entitled. That was wrong, plain and simple. You didn’t fall for anything, you were defending a racist comment.

You do know this is the OT board, right? If you want to talk sports, go to one of the other boards. Is this your first time on the OT board because you thinking this is a sports board is a complete joke. For the future just admit your were wrong and move on. You look like a fool defending a stupid post and then try to downplay it by saying this is a sports board.

You're funny (sarcasm), you're trying to make it out like I'm crazy with rage to cover up the fact the you were defending something that even the OP wouldn't defend nor did anyone else. You're the one who was outraged and felt to need to respond. FYI, you responded to my post, so it was you that was outraged by what I posted. No one forced you to respond to my post.

My feelings aren't hurt by anyone, again, you responded to my posts, so you're the one with the feeling hurt. Maybe you should just stick to reading posts. but on a positive note you finally admitted the OP was trying to insult Native Americans along with DEI. At least you finally saw the truth in his/her post.

Love how the conservative activists aren't going after Costco because they spend a bunch of money there. So, you don't go after a company that is standing firm on DEI because you like their business? Anyone see the irony there? Yet another example of the simpleton convervative brain capacity.
