Delusional Democrats—stop

Trump is not going to be able to do that, he was stupid to promise that. But I have been through enough election cycles to know that a bad economy (particularly inflation and higher interest rates) are a killer for the encumbent party.

So he's full of shit and you still voted for him. Says a lot about you. But his policies!?!? LOL, dumb SOB

I'm sure I do, but they are making decisions that affect their family and yet are more concerned about things they hear on TV. It's disappointing and I have no problem letting them know.
I won't avoid my parents because of this (I'm the local support for them) but I will let them know why their grandkids aren't comfortable in their house.
You know exactly what their concerns are? That's quite a gift. I bet they enjoy hearing you tell them what their concerns are.

This is getting out of hand with the isms and casting a wide blanket on everyone that doesn’t vote the way you want them to vote. We are now entering a territory where all people are racists or misogynistic unless they vote Dem. But this is the type of clip I and many others have been pointing out for years on your messaging. Then add in the fact that the MSM (and the partisan libs on here) is basically saying everyone is stupid, dumb, racist, etc… because a certain segment of society didn’t vote their way.
Oh, go bleep yourself. Look at the MAGA's on this board the day after their big victory. This is one of the ways the country has been effed up. Standards of any kind are for Democrats. Republicans (symbolized perfectly by their leader) can be completely depraved and degenerate a-holes all the time to anyone they want and it's the Democrats who types like you want to chide when it comes to civility. Bleep off.

Yeah after 2016 you'd think they'd learn something, but they still don't understand why they lost. They need a mirror.

The classic "I didn't vote for Trump, but find myself in every thread defending him". You and @FAUlty Gator ever cross paths?
Find a post where I have defended Trump.

In a few posts in these recent threads I have called him stupid or an idiot.

I suspect in a few weeks your hate speech will ebb. But maybe not, maybe it is your comfort zone.

Yeah after 2016 you'd think they'd learn something, but they still don't understand why they lost. They need a mirror.
To be fair, in every election it takes a while for either losing side to go through the 5 stages. Hell, even though he won last night, Trump is still in the denial stage for 2020.

You people are so weird. So why did the Democrats win in 18, 20, and do so well in 22? I think Democrats pretty clearly know why they lost this election, the worldwide phenomenon of anti-incumbency in the aftermath of covid took them down.

But you guys are stuck on your Rush Limbaugh narrative from 1994 where everything that happens politically that's good for you is a result of Democrats "alienating" and disrespecting the Republican base. It's incredibly vapid and insipid, a politics that you describe yourself as based on fee fees. You don't even try to make a case that the decisive factors for your party that won the election were based on substantive issue positions.

And you guys are so clueless you don't get how laughable it sounds for you to be saying this type of stuff in the Trump era. Look in your own mirror.

Trump and the Republicans now own all the substantive factors that resulted in the Democrat loss, the inflation and difficulty so many people feel about their ability to make it, and they've promised easy and quick fixes. Let's see how that works out for the Republicans in 26 and 28.

LOL's, half the MAGA's on this board seem to want to talk more about 2020 then 2024 today, the day after the "big" win.

True. Takes some time. Dems are programmed to say "we accept the result" since they spent so much capital demeaning anyone who suggested otherwise after 2020.

But the Antifa types aren't bound by the same code.

Scoreboard. It took a while but it's finally caught up. The real racism has been exposed. Honestly we have Tiktok and X to thank. Social media where conservative voices are allowed is a big difference between 2020 and today.

Imagine poisoning your kids towards their grandparents because of politics!

Have you considered professional help?

Once again, you are on a roll. It’s uncanny how fantastic you are.

You did miss one thing though. My stupidity is all on me. Past generations had nothing to do with my lack of intellect.

No they do. Trust us. Ignorance has been bliss for many generations in your family. That didn't skip a gene with you. Lucky.

I was adopted so I guess I’ll never know. But you seem to really be knocking it out of the park today so I guess I’ll just trust your judgment on this one. Excellent work Fred

So, Kamala received about 14,000,000 fewer votes than Biden did, but it’s the Republicans that are misogynistic?

Huh.
I think the "spin" has a more universal slant. Republican men are misogynistic because they refuse to vote for a woman for Prez, and their Stepford wives vote as they're told to do. While Democratic men (particularly blacks and Hispanic) demonstrate their misogyny by staying home rather than voting for a woman.

You and yours are already blowing it, you can't help yourself.

It wasn't a blow-out of an election, Trump in the end is going to win the popular vote by a smaller percentage than Biden did in 20. Almost unbelievably, The Dems may hold all the Senate seats that were up in the 7 swing states (Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania). Trump won because a crucial percentage of people were angry about inflation and economic conditions and were in a throw the bums out mood. Now your side are the bums. And since you and yours and most importantly Trump and his goons want to gloat and concentrate on grievances real and imagined with the left and Democrats, you're really setting yourselves up for 26 and 28.

Trump has no answers for those people other than more stupid culture war. Good luck with that now that your side is in charge.

The pendulum always swings, but Dems can't simply run the same playbook. They're losing key demographics they previously replied on.

We'll be much better off if the next time Dems choose a good, moderate candidate that can answer questions about policy and not simply implore/expect people to vote for them because of their gender, skin color, the fact that they're not the other guy, or a promise to allow you to kill your unborn child (which appeals to very few people, especially now that most states have put their own laws in place, and no state completely bans abortion).

If Dems became the Dems of the 90s they'd appeal to more moderates. They get one more midterm to rely on the anti trump vote, but in 2028 they'll in all likelihood be facing a very capable JD Vance, and they'll need a good candidate. For the first time in decades we could not simply have "giant douche vs. turd sandwich."

Nominating another ultra-lib isn't going to work.

Because she's a brown woman.
Clinton got less than Biden
Harris got less than both.
In the US brown woman is much less desirable than white male. At least Clinton was white, she had that leg up on Harris.

But I'm sure that you think that Harris' policies were just that much different than Clinton and Biden.
Maybe, just maybe, the problem was who she is and not what she is. She could start with her messaging and answering a question and not using word salads.
You’re making excuses vs looking for answers. You forget that five months ago she had a 25% favorable ratings for a reason, the lowest ever for VP.
I thought Hilary was more likable and more qualified than Kamala.
