It's overrun with bots (NuDeS iN biO!!!!), spammers, and embarrassingly ridiculous ads, amplifies the stupid and conspiracies, indulges hate speech, and it's hemorrhaging users. The quality of the hardware and system is also nowhere near what it was earlier, the algorithms are a joke (as others have stated), and then of course there is the name change which is LOL considering every still calls it Twitter.
