I have hired many of my staff from the public sector. Your seem a little naive and not someone that is a hiring manager. College kid or entry-level I still have to assume.
Based on your spelling and grammar maybe you should head back to school.
Because I’ve worked for government, allbeit state, but I could see how the issues I saw at a smaller level can expound.

I think they should beef up enforcement efforts. There’s a lot of fraud in the system. Wonder what the plan is to attack it?
Same for the IRS inspectors - wonder what the admin will say about that.
I will take Elon and his team over the last 1,000 persons or any agency responsible for attempting to address it.
We are all fortunate he has turned his attention to the sad state of our federal government. Things will get better and fast. Like right now.
It will be done transparently, he will gather feedback, he will be systematic, he will engender trust for our institutions again. You’ll see.

I think it's both. I was just reading that US Grant didn't know anything about economic matters and knew he didn't know and so he just hired a bunch of rich guys that he assumed must be smart because they were rich and they ended up just being completely corrupt and incompetent.
Most of these types of guys had one really good idea and a lot of luck and were ruthless and completely unethical and that's how they got their money. They don't necessarily have anything at all to bring when it comes "reforming" the government or "efficiency" or whatever. They're just rich guys. And probably have pond scum level ethics/morality. Just like Trump.
All of the extra billionaires jumping in to help us balance the budget really restores my faith in humanity. This will surely benefit the regular working man.

You can tell how absolutely unserious Elon is just from the tweets in this thread. All surface level and scandal mongering nonsense for the MAGA hordes. He's disqualified himself from the "job" just on that basis and the doxing of federal employees.
And look at Elon's record on Full-self-driving, the Boring company, cost overruns for Space X etc etc etc. You wouldn't want this dude doing this "job" even if he divested from all his business interests which have any funding or regulatory connections to the Federal government.
