Did he kill her?

BL family lawyer spoke to CNN last night. He explained the parents visit to the swamp and was careful to point out that the local PD were watching them from a distance.

This seems too neatly packaged but DNA doesn't lie. We should know soon if the remains are BL.

I haven't followed the most recent developments. Are you telling me the parents went out to the swamp land on their own and found the back pack and clothing items? Very strange....

So BL's parents had a damn good idea where he would have gone. In fact, apparently 100% accurate knowledge. And, since they have not heard from BL since he departed, BL's family must have know his likely whereabouts from the get go. So the question is - why did they not tell LE about this location immediately? LE was searching all over hell, so it's obvious the parents never provided this information. Who cares if it was under water, that's no excuse for not sharing this info.

And, this lawyer is providing a blow-by-blow and thought-by-thought account of yesterday's events, yet he wasn't there. How the hell does he know so much?

Rather convenient huh?
Truth is stranger than fiction......I can't believe the parents are in on some big cover up to keep their son hidden/protected. I just don't see it....There is no "faking" DNA either......So, unless they had a blood draw and stored safely until this point where they planted evidence where their son met his fate i'm guessing they just stumbled onto the site where BL offed himself or was eateen by a gator......it's just too weird.....but follows along w/ the weirdness of the entire case....

If they "planted" stuff with Brian's blood/DNA on them, and dumped some vagrant body out there to be eaten by alligators, so that the only DNA left is what was planted...... 🤔

Even if the area was "underwater" it was likely never more than one or two feet and still discoverable, especially given the intense effort and numerous persons and equipment involved. His journal was found inside that "dry bag" so maybe it will have the details of why he murdered Gabby.

Gee....they wouldn't think to look at bone marrow, would they?

My neighbor across the street has been out of town a while and is pretty crafty. I'll have to check his tires for swamp mud when he gets back.

Down in the south end of the Glades there are American crocodiles, but they're not common nor are they as large as the Aussie or African crocs. They're certainly not as far north as this Reserve.

It wouldnt surprise me if there were some in and around that reserve. They've been spotted with some regularity in Lee County the last few years, and that reserve is not far away from there
