Did he kill her?

So BL's parents had a damn good idea where he would have gone. In fact, apparently 100% accurate knowledge. And, since they have not heard from BL since he departed, BL's family must have know his likely whereabouts from the get go. So the question is - why did they not tell LE about this location immediately? LE was searching all over hell, so it's obvious the parents never provided this information. Who cares if it was under water, that's no excuse for not sharing this info.

And, this lawyer is providing a blow-by-blow and thought-by-thought account of yesterday's events, yet he wasn't there. How the hell does he know so much?

The whole "hero" spin is a bit late.

Well I only kill mine 1.75 times a day. I need to up my averages.

When searching for that, I also found this gem:

I'm guessing the Feds were putting the pressure on the parents and were going to charge them if they didn't give up where he was at. They had to have known all along since they picked up his car. They were saving themselves.

That and/or they’re getting tired of the 24/7 circus in front of their house.

That seems sus. I mean I guess wildlife could have done some damage but just bones vs a body in 40 days seems really odd given the parents involvement. It is clearly not easy to ID these remains, we can say at this point, and that is typical of remains found after years or decades. It literally is:

Step one: one of the most massive manhunts in Florida history finds no trace
Step two: sketchy parents within hours of first search they partake find his back pack and clothes and a log book*
Step three: they find bones...not a body or even parts of a body. Bones.

*At this point, I am waiting for the log book to have entries how he loved his girlfriend and was so sad how she left him for that other guy in the middle of the night one lonesome day in late September and how much he missed her.

A turkey vulture would disagree.
And one of the main things that would have led the 100s of people looking for him straight to his body. They would have known to look for those flying in air above a corpse and I bet discovered +/- 100 dead animals this way during search.

It depends on when he shot himself. Was it before they really started looking for him. It doesn't take long for a body to decompose in florida and the vultures catch that scent. They do their work quickly and efficiently.

Not that fast. They were looking there a few days after they realized he was not in house. Vultures and the heat are prevalent in Florida, but as a life long resident nearing 50 years, I can tell you bodies dumped in the woods don't often turn into mere bones in a month. It can happen in the water from fish and gators...but then the bones get scattered elsewhere, not next to his backpack....with his journal.

What are the chances the body isn’t his?

I know there’s no hard evidence and it won’t happen but if that’s the case the parents should be arrested immediately.

I'm highly skeptical that the remains found will be Laundrie's, but it's entirely plausible that a dead body could be reduced to skeletonized remains within a few weeks of death in a moist, warm, humid climate with plenty of insects and larger carnivores assisting in the process.

So the pile of bones they found in the swamp died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound?! did I get that right?
Well if that is the case there should be a gun close by, I don't think the vultures would carry that off right?

Where the hell is Columbo when you need him!

I should have said "killed" himself. I have no idea how that body perished. I do think it's him.

We shall see.

There are repeated questions about the parents facing charges. Here is the current Palm Beach State Attorney comments on this. He has been in office for over 8 years and previously worked for the US Treasury Dept so he knows both the state and federal potential charges.

Let's pretend you are Brian Laundrie and you are trying to figure out a way to get away with killing Gabby. Wouldn't the type of scheme that you would cook up look exactly like what has unfolded?
