Wouldn’t be surprised if there was a cash withdrawal out of the parent’s bank account.
They better find this scumbag.
They better find this scumbag.
No, they are missing. It's the misplaced blame and lack of attention I was calling out. The stories don't get out because the reservations are insular and outside resources aren't really welcomed in to assist in efforts. So they aren't really missing? Is that what you are saying?
It's only aiding and abetting if they know a crime has been committed.Aiding and abetting possibly.
If it was exposure then Brian simply reports the tragedy. Ditching her corpse seems suspicious if it was exposure.I didn't come up with the exposure theory; a local (Wyoming) TV station did. I'm not trying to claim something else happened. I've only said it was too early to rush to judgement. While those of you that have rushed to judgement are likely going to end up being right, you could also still be wrong.
You jump to so many conclusions on various topics that it's mind boggling. You even jump to conclusions about posts when all you have to do is actually read the posts. I'm going to make an assumption about you - you are a narcissist. I always prefer to wait and see, even when can totally believe a theory.
In this crazy world I find none of this shocking anymore. You know what I find shocking? Is there a proliferation of people driving around with GoPro cameras live and filming on their vehicles? Just how many people out there are v-loggers? Are we all constantly under camera surveillance and we just don't know it? YES, WE LIKELY ARE.
I mean, this case appears to have been broken open by some guy driving around out in the middle of nowhere with a GoPro running on his dash for his YouTube channel. Seriously, what are the odds that at that exact moment in time there would be a camera rolling out in the middle of bumbf*!k nowhere? KARMA IS ONE SERIOUS BIATCH.
I think it means he's not just a person of interest anymore. It's amazing they have a video of the van within yards of where the body was found. They also probably have a good idea how she died although it's not official yet.I think the fact that the FBI has at least 12 agents all over that house means the parents will be charged with something I believe. Lying to the FBI will get you sent to the Principals office for sure.
I think they were saying exposure before the video turned up, as if he left her there while she was alive. I'll see if I can find the link.If it was exposure then Brian simply reports the tragedy. Ditching her corpse seems suspicious if it was exposure.
The US department of justice did a study in 1996 and 1999 80% of violence experience by NA women are committed by persons not of the same race. Should be one of the first things that come up if googledThat article is such crap. You want to know the the problem? Vast, vast majority of those missing NA cases is because they were perpetrated by a fellow NA. Secondly, tribal sovereignty. The tribes have their own law enforcement officers and are not always quick to invite in state or federal authorities. The reservations have a tendency to keep things internal.
Finance- would reckless endangerment be a possible issue here if he did leave her with no phone and left with her vehicle?I think they were saying exposure before the video turned up, as if he left her there while she was alive. I'll see if I can find the link.
I wonder why he chose NY?
That would be 5 days after the police/domestic dispute, and he returned to Utah 2 days before the last time she talked to her parents.
I think we need to look at our societal tendancies even our own actions regarding this topic, enforces some biases slightly. Why do we find a white young girl missing worthy of our attention? If the media sees a story is clicking with its base its going to continue to air it. In the last 6 years I am aware of 3 missing womens cases that have become mainstream, Papini, Tibbetts, and now Gabby Petito. No minorities that I am aware of. We obviously know there have been minority cases that have likely had even crazier stories than this one. I don't know what the answer is, but more resources have been put on this case than most missing cases due partially to the media and the publics interest in the case.
Sure, if that's what happened. Of course the lady with the video said the park was really busy, and she had a hard time finding a parking spot.Finance- would reckless endangerment be a possible issue here if he did leave her with no phone and left with her vehicle?
He heading for Mexico? Also not a bright idea on his part to go to a Walmart when trying to lay low. Some smoke around Tillman AL. Probably all rumor but what the hell will post anyways
If Laundrie was in the Mobile area, he's likely heading for Mexico. Some smoke around Tillman AL. Probably all rumor but what the hell will post anyways
Those places have cameras!!!??? 😲 😲 😲He heading for Mexico? Also not a bright idea on his part to go to a Walmart when trying to lay low.

That’s why bank robberies are down, and “People fo Walmart” postings are up.Saw an older study that said the avg American is on camera 238 times a week. Undoubtedly, that is higher now.
I think based on how he has acted this guy is likely guilty and these tweets could be spot on but the thing I saw clear as day from the moab bodycam footage was he was the one who was bleeding, not her. The cops just can't ignore that. I was raised to never raise my hand against a woman and have never been close to doing so but my #1 advice to women who don't want to be the victims of violence besides being diligent in choosing a partner is don't be violent yourself. It's amazing how many women don't grasp that or actually think because of their gender they can say anything to anyone and assault people with no repercussions. That is wrong tooSince the video of the traffic stop was released last week, I have been very interested in hearing from Domestic Violence experts and past DV victims for their observations of the video.
Here is a good commentary by a past DV victim

Yep. She asked for it. Game over. 😡I think based on how he has acted this guy is likely guilty and these tweets could be spot on but the thing I saw clear as day from the moab bodycam footage was he was the one who was bleeding, not her. Unless he injured her and left her I'm not buying exposure.... I camped there 3 years ago in late August and it's a pretty ideal time weather wise and lots of people she could have sought out help from. My guess is if he didn't kill her intentionally it might have been a drug overdose and he freaked out not wanting to get in trouble. But he probably just lost his shit and killed her. Long road trips can be a pressure cooker. Either way I feel awful for her family, I hope they catch him soon
Agree that her being attractive is definitely a factor as to why this is such a big story
Goldmom, I can understand most of what BLhawk said, but to me it was very clear of the two who was controlling the situation. She was scared, she didn't want anything to happen to him, and she was generally scared he was going to leave her stranded. He had control of her keys and her phone . . . um yeah I would get slapped silly and would deserve it . Look violence can go both ways, and control and abuse isn't just a male thing, it goes both ways. But in this case it is pretty clear what was occurring, the sad thing is in hindsight I think its pretty clear the cops missed this and are probably kicking themselves over it. This isn't to blame them, they had a 15 minute interaction and made a decision that 99.9% of the time was the right decision. It is fairly evident this wasn't a healthy relationship, even still most unhealthy relationships don't end with this outcome.Yep. She asked for it. Game over. 😡
Her friends said the guy was very controlling and put up a wall around her.
MY advice is different, obviously. If a woman is with a guy who has violent tendencies she needs to GET AWAY NOW. The longer she's with him the harder it is to leave. If she has to get a restraining order then she's been in the relationship too long.
I know it's the Twitter but they are not wrong.I went down a rabbit hole last night on twitter. The amount of people saying law enforcement and the media are racist because there are missing POC ladies that don't get this attention is mindboggling.

I will tell you I have raised my daughter that she will stand up for herself, I have no concerns about her at all. She is 5 my son is 7. If something happens with my son who is an absolute sweetheart, my daughter will certainly step in. She won't have the muscle, but she will have the lungs, and words that will scare any other boy away, and if they dare tangle with her good luck. Kick jab poke, she knows even as a 5 year old what to do, I am willing participant, if she can make me wince away in pain. I have done my job. We have to raise are daughters to be independent and know what a truly loving relationship is and that they don't have to be dependent on any male that doesn't treat them right.
The late Patrice O'Neal had a really funny bit about this topic on his Elephant in the Room stand up special. Tried to find the clip on youtube but couldn't find it.I went down a rabbit hole last night on twitter.
